Use

Lime honey is delicious in tea. This is because it is a good liquid honey that does not crystallize quickly. Origin

The lime honey comes from the lime tree. The flowering time of lime trees is from mid-June to about mid-July. These lime trees are common in the Netherlands and chances are that they might be in your front or back garden. Our lime honey comes directly from Dutch beekeepers who keep beekeepers on their own soil.
