Note, lids extra info:
These are pasteurization lids, they should not get warmer than 80 degrees, so do not boil !
When boiling out, the special layer on the inside can be damaged, then lids no longer create a vacuum with hot products and they will continue to rotate.
As a result, the lids are not really suitable for boiling out. Maybe it will work if the lids remain above water, but no guarantee …
Pasteurization lids do work well with warm products.

If you want to preserve, you better go for the special weck jars..
