Note, lids extra info:
These are pasteurization lids, they should not get warmer than 80 degrees, so do not boil !
When boiling out, the special layer on the inside can be damaged, then lids no longer create a vacuum with hot products and they will continue to rotate.
As a result, the lids are not really suitable for boiling out. Perhaps it will work if the lids remain above water, but no guarantee.
Pasteurization lids do work well with warm products.

If you want to preserve, you better go for the special weck jars..
