Coffee blossom honey is not such a well-known honey, its taste is close to that of chestnut honey.

The bees fly for this honey on the white flowers of the coffee plant. The flowers of this plant only develop after rainfall.
Eight to twelve days later the plants will be blooming. This is the time when the bees start flying on the flowers and collect the nectar.
