Order and delivery
Delivery of packages is fast at Lekkerhoning. After payment of the order, your order will be shipped within 48 hours (weekend not included). It’s usually faster, but we prefer to keep that as a potential surprise 🙂
We use attractive shipping rates. You determine your benefit:
Larger order = lower shipping costs.
From 65 euros your order will be delivered free of charge.
* Free delivery above 65 euros applies for packages up to 30 kilos in the Netherlands and Belgium. A small surcharge is added for heavier packages. But don’t be disappointed, even including this small additional cost, our prices are still very attractive!
You can follow your order via the track & trace code we sent you. You will receive this code as soon as your order has been sent by us. If you have any questions or doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Is there something wrong with your order?
We always do our best to pack your order correctly and ship it as quickly as possible. If there is something wrong with your order, please send us an email. The best way to do this is by answering the order confirmation email. We would like to receive a photo of the packing slip and the products you have questions about.
At Lekkerhoning we are not difficult about returning products. We always think along with you and try to find a suitable solution. However, there are a couple of laws that we must follow. Below is a handy diagram of what to do in case of questions:
Food, opened care products, glass jars / bottles of which the packaging has been opened can’t be taken back unfortunately. Other products can be returned to:

Always send the products back with sufficient franking to Lekkerhoning. We will not accept returned packages that are insufficiently franked or are required to be paid on delivery.
